What services do you offer?
I'm a full time freelance photographer and licensed drone pilot who works with a variety of clients ranging from government and NGO's, to construction, development and brands. I provide event photography, product photography, and create captivating marketing materials for my clients.
Here you'll find my client galleries, as well as a collection of images available either as prints or in some cases digital download.

Client Galleries
How do I access my gallery?
To access you gallery you will need both the code which was sent to you, and the email it is attached to. If you haven't received a code and you are a client please email me.
How long will my gallery be available?
All galleries will be accessible for a minimum of 90 days, after 90 days the gallery may be archived, contact me for support.
Can I share my private password protected gallery with others?
No. Your code is solely for your access, transferring the code to others without prior consent may result in the gallery being closed to all.

The answers to your questions
What types of prints do you offer?
Photo print orders are processed and fulfilled by Technicare Imaging based out of Edmonton Alberta and printed on Fujicolor Crystal Lustre stock (slightly glossy).
Limited edition numbered and signed canvas prints (unstretched avail.) will be available from time to time.
How do I place an order for prints?
Click on a category on the main gallery page, select your image(s) and size, and fill in your billing and shipping info.
What is the estimated delivery time for prints?
Processing times may vary, however the usual turnaround time for photo prints is 2-3 business days, shipping estimates vary depending on location.
What is your return/exchange policy for printed photos?
Customer satisfaction is always my goal, if for whatever reason there is an issue with your item, or if it has been damaged in any way while being shipped, please contact me and I'll work together with you for a prompt resolution.
Do you offer larger print sizes than you have listed online?
In many cases, yes, larger prints can be arranged, and in some cases we can go as large as full sized vinyl wall wraps.

Digital Downloads
I'd like to purchase the digital file for one of your fine art images, is this possible?
Possibly. Some images may be available to be licensed, however I do not sell the digital files for you to print at home. Please contact me for more information about licensing.
What is included in a digital download?
All digital download files are as follows unless otherwise specified: JPEG, 110 DPI, sRGB, <2800 px long edge.
All digital downloads come with a 15 year non transferrable, non exclusive, non commercial, editorial use only license.

What does “editorial use only” mean?
An editorial use only license restricts the use of content to educational, informative, entertaining, or commentating purposes.
Content with an editorial use only license cannot be used for commercial purposes, such as in advertisements, promotions, or on product packaging.
Here are some examples of proper uses for editorial content:
Illustrating news, commentary, or opinion in newspaper or magazine articles, Blog or website posts, Non-commercial multimedia presentations, such as film.

Payments and Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time all online purchases can be made via PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely secure! This website is managed by Zenfolio, and your browsing on this gallery website is secured with an SSL certificate, and all your payment is handled by PayPal, so your personal information, connection and transaction are all safe and secure and at no time is any of your payment information visible to me aside from if your transaction was approved.
Can I get a receipt or invoice for my purchase?
Yes, PayPal will send you a receipt for your transaction.
Technical Issues
I’m having trouble accessing my gallery or making a purchase—what should I do?
Contact me via the link at the bottom of the page and explain the issue you are having and I will help you out.
Can I download images directly to my phone or tablet?
Absolutely. Desktop and mobile browsing, purchasing and downloading is supported.
NOTE! If you are downloading an entire gallery they may be extremely large files and downloading to a mobile device is not suggested.
If you download using a mobile device, try using WiFi to conserve your mobile data.
Additional Services
Do you offer custom framing for prints?
Unfortunately I do not, however if you are in Toronto/GTA I can recommend some excellent custom framing places that I use for my personal framing needs.
